Processing Time
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are fulfilled same-day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are fulfilled the following business day. We do not fulfill on weekends or US federal holidays.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been fulfilled. All shipments are fully tracked via UPS.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@evolabsresearch.shop with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
